Self-propelled hoist conveying system structure description

1. Running track

I-steel is used as the conveying track of the whole line, and the bending arc section is formed by cold bending. The bending arc radius error is less than 5mm.

2. Truck

The truck walks on the I-beam track, and measures to slow down the lateral swing of the car (such as adding a lateral guide wheel) are taken in the structure to ensure the smooth running of the car and the good contact between the collector brush and the conductive sliding contact line to avoid the spark phenomenon caused by false contact.

3. Slide the wire rail

The bus bar of the sliding contact line is made of copper moulded, the section is C-type, and it is fixed on the track web through the insulating sleeve and fixed bracket and other accessories, and then the sliding line is embedded in the bracket in parallel, which provides the truck with the driving motor and the working power supply of the chain hoist and the required signal of the PLC.

4. Collector

The collector matches the C-type slide line. The collector brush is made of copper foundation ink powder metallurgy high temperature die casting, good conductive property, wear resistance, and self-lubricating function; The collector arm is hinged, aluminum alloy arm material, good strength, and not easy to break and aging, good durability, rated current 120A.

6. Turnout

The function of the switch is to realize the function of diverting and confluence by changing the running line of the truck. The painting (shot blasting) of structural parts and the pre-treatment production lines of cab and sheet parts are respectively provided with working and maintenance switches, which are controlled and closed by electric push rod. The turnout is strengthened by the support plate, so that the allowable subsidence of the turnout is controlled within the range of ≤2mm.

7, electrical control system and electronic control components

The electrical control system shall include touch screen, Control cabinet, button station, control signal acquisition, detection system, circuit, channel line tube, etc. Electrical components must be stable and reliable. According to the needs of the system, the control system adopts the centralized control mode, that is, the system is carried out by the central main control cabinet and the control box of each station. The system control mode is automatic and manual. The automatic control of the car is in place to stop, while waiting, descending, rising, and releasing the car are manually operated.
